Error Code

This document lists the error codes defined in the SDK. When an error occurs, please refer to this list for troubleshooting.

Note: If an error persists or the table suggests contacting us, please provide both the Error Code and Subcode (if present) to the Primus Team.

1. General Errors

00001Failed to start the algorithm. Please refresh the page, then try again.
00003Verification is in progress. Please try again later.
00004Verification was cancelled by the user.
00005Invalid SDK parameters.
00006Extension not detected. Please install and enable Primus Extension (Chrome Web Store), then try again.
00012Invalid template ID.
00104Verification requirements not met.

00013No verifiable data detected. Please confirm login status and account details.
00014The verification process timed out due to a connection interruption. Please try again later.
10001Unstable internet connection. Please try again later.
10002Network connection interrupted during attestation. Please try again later.
10003Connection to the attestation server was interrupted during processing. Please try again later.
10004Connection to the data source server was interrupted during processing. Please try again later.
20001/20002/20004/20005Internal runtime error. Contact Primus Team for assistance.
20003Invalid algorithm parameters.
30001Response error. Please try again later.

3. Account & Subscription Errors

-1002001Invalid app ID.
-1002002Invalid app secret.
-1002003Trial quota exhausted.
-1002004Subscription expired.
-1002005Quota exhausted.
